The phrase "Look All Around... That's how we sell your Property" is a Registered Trademark belonging to All Around Panoramas.
Payment.
Unless agreed otherwise, all services provided by All Around Panoramas will be payable prior to the commencement of photography.
All Around Panoramas will accept payment by company cheque, cash or direct deposit using Electronic Funds Transfer
All Around Panoramas retains ownership of all its products and services as delivered, until full payment has been received.
Regular clients can request a listing as Account
Clients. These Account clients will be invoiced at the end of each month, - and
payment due within seven days after the invoice is presented.
Should payment not be received within the seven day term, All Around Panoramas will take the following legal actions.
Failure to pay 7 days after publication - no further orders will be accepted
Failure to pay 14 days after publication - all Photographs and Virtual Tours will be deactivated
Failure to pay 21 days after publication - information to be removed from our server
Failure to pay 30 days after publication -Legal action will be commenced to recover monies owing, including all legal costs.
Late Payments will automatically attract an additional fee of 10% of the amount owing.
Your Virtual tour package may be re-connected for a further 4 months of hosting at an extra cost of $80.00 (includes a re-connection fee of $40.00 plus $40.00 hosting = $80.00)
...after the account is paid in full.
